Aloo ka Salan

Ingredients:

Potato - 250 gm,    Salt - according to taste,    Onion Seed - 1 tsp,    Fenugreek Seed - 1 tsp, 

Anaardana - 1 tsp,    Cumin - 1 tsp,    Tamarind - 3 tbsp,    Chili Flake - 1 tsp, 

Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp.


Directions:
1. Boil Potato and mash it in chunk.
2. Take 1 glass of water add all ingredients in it with mashed potato.
3. Now cook it on low flame, when it become thick take it of the flame.
4. Your Potato Salan is ready.
